I am a Certified Nutritional Practitioner, graduating with Honors from The Institute of Holistic Nutrition, practicing out of Toronto, Ontario, Canada.  Being an amateur athlete most of my life, nutrition has been an integral part of achieving peak performance.  In the last few years as a competitive swimmer, I started to have some major digestive issues, ultimately leading to major IBS symptoms such as fatigue, anxiety, brain fog,  severe recurring cramping, diarrhea and nausea.  After seeing many doctors, naturopaths and a gastroenterologist, doing dozens of tests, I found that a wheat intolerance was a major culprit to how he was feeling (while working as a cook in an Italian restaurant). Following a protocol to eliminate wheat and rebalance the gut, after 5 weeks, I started to see results that changed my life for the better.

 

While on my journey, I also began a career in the Culinary Arts as a cook, surrounded by food all the time.  Issues began to arise when the long hours, fast-paced and high stressed environments combined with poor nutritional and lifestyle habits lead to adrenal fatigue, otherwise known as 'burning out'.

 

These factors all led me ponder, how many others are living with intolerances they don't know about, with digestive issues they don't know how to address, or experiencing mood issues like anxiety and depression stemming from their gut issues.  With the intent to help people in similar situations, searching for answers anywhere and everywhere and not finding anything helpful, I decided to become a practitioner who can offer alternative approaches to help rebalance the body.

Once you book your session, you'll be sent an assessment to complete before you meet with your BFP Practitioner. In this 30 minute session, you'll start to see the non food related places that need your attention to bring balance back to your health.

90 Min Deep Dive Session

Includes a comprehensive symptom assessment, your personalized analysis & graph and 90 minutes with a BFP Practitioner to go through their customized food, supplement & lifestyle recommendations for you & your goals.

Four Week Fundamentals 

Includes all components of the Deep Dive Session PLUS the first & foundational module of the Beyond Food Program, and 4 weeks of sessions with your BFP Practitioner to lay the foundation for sustained & lasting health & wellness results.
